These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FinCoach AI website at www.fincoach.pro and application (together, the “Service”), operated by FinCoach AI (“we”, “us”, the operator of the Service). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. What the Service is
FinCoach AI is an educational tool that imports your broker, exchange, and portfolio data and uses software and artificial intelligence to produce portfolio analysis, behavioral insights, market information, and general “coaching” content. It also offers free calculators and informational articles.

This is the most important thing to understand about the Service.
- FinCoach AI is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment firm, financial adviser, or registered investment adviser, and is not authorized or regulated as any of those.
- Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice, a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, or an inducement to enter into any transaction. You keep all rights to the statements, holdings, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including sending relevant context to our AI provider to generate analysis, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload Your Content and that it is accurate.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of these Terms;
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you have no right to share;
- Attempt to access other users’ data or accounts;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or probe the Service or its infrastructure;
- Resell or commercially redistribute the Service or its output without our permission;
- Rely on the Service as a substitute for professional advice.
7. AI-generated output
Parts of the Service are produced by artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and may misread your statements or market data. Do not rely on it as fact. Always verify important information independently before acting on it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any AI-generated content.
8. Third-party data & services
The Service displays market data, quotes, news, and other information from third-party providers. This information may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable, and we do not guarantee it. The Service may also link to or rely on third-party services (such as your broker), whose own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding (excluding Your Content and third-party data), is owned by FinCoach AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we may update these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinCoach AI and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, investment losses, trading losses, lost data, or lost opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FinCoach AI from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably need to. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will continue to apply.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of establishment. Nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live, and you may always bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
